​DEATH OF WORKERS is an independent art and literary press specialising in intimate writing and carefully crafted books. Working across literary fiction, memoir, poetry, essay and artist-led publications, we publish books shaped by editorial conviction, intuition and serendipity.

Originally death of workers whilst building skyscrapers (2018-2026), the press continues to be rooted in bookbinding and design practice. Our work continues to explore themes of transformation, psychological interiority, creative independence, and raw emotional honesty, with particular attention to confessional literature, narratives of intimacy, desire and artistic life.
